MARK TITLEY
CO-FOUNDER
Mark is responsible for the planning and construction of developments. He drives the constant focus on high standards of health and safety and build quality by programming developments accurately and proactively coordinating the construction phase of sites. Mark has spent 20 years building new homes which gives him the knowledge and experience to ensure each home is built and finished to a high standard, providing new home owners with peace of mind. In addition to Mark being passionate about getting each new home built ‘right first time’, he also gives attention to the development as a whole, making sure that all elements of a development are constructed to achieve somewhere special to call home.
PETER EVANS
CO-FOUNDER
Peter is responsible for sourcing sites in and around York which fit the Marley Homes ethos – these being smaller, more personal sites where we can focus on attractive designs and characteristics in order to match their sought-after locations. He works closely with interior designers to ensure the internal atmosphere of each house is stunning and welcoming as well as ensuring the final finishes match the quality of the construction of the homes. He has a keen eye for the smaller details which really helps with the flow of our homes and sets them apart, giving every home individual attention. Peter also heads up the marketing and sales teams to ensure our homes are publicised to the highest standards and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
